Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaI maintained the endowment’s strategic direction and managed operational delivery, multidisciplinary teams and resource allocation. My remit included development studies, planning, design and construction oversight, alongside the establishment of a GIS centre for land monitoring.
Scope included a 270M+ m² land portfolio and GIS-enabled land stewardship.A Jeddah-based charitable waqf rooted in King Abdulaziz’s historic water-supply project for the city. As Secretary-General & CEO, I was responsible for institutional stewardship, public-benefit activity, executive operations, land management and development delivery.
